3. What Is Covered
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance. This includes:
- Structural defects in the bed frame that affect functionality
- Motor failure or malfunction under normal operating conditions
- Electrical component failures not caused by power surges or improper voltage
- Manufacturing defects in welding, joints, or assembly
- Premature wear of mechanical parts under normal use
- Remote control malfunctions due to manufacturing defects
4. What Is NOT Covered
The following are not covered under our warranty:
- Normal wear and tear, including fabric fading, pilling, or minor cosmetic imperfections

5. Warranty Claim Process

6. Repair or Replacement
If your warranty claim is approved, BedMotion will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the defective product or component. Replacement products may be new or refurbished to like-new condition. If the exact product is no longer available, we may substitute it with a comparable model of equal or greater value.
7. Shipping and Service Costs
Within Warranty Period:
- BedMotion will cover the cost of replacement parts shipped to you
- For complete product replacements, we will arrange and cover shipping costs
- Customer is responsible for returning defective items if requested (return shipping label will be provided)
After Warranty Period:
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for repairs or replacements
- Service fees may apply for out-of-warranty repairs
8. Proof of Purchase Required
A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Acceptable forms include:
- Original order confirmation email
- Receipt or invoice from BedMotion
- Credit card or bank statement showing the purchase
Without proof of purchase, warranty claims cannot be processed.
9. Warranty Start Date
The warranty period begins on the date of original purchase (delivery date). For warranty purposes, we use the date shown on your order confirmation or delivery receipt.

While not required, we encourage you to register your product with BedMotion within 30 days of purchase. Registration helps us:
